Technical Support For SalesLogix CRM

We know that Customer Care and Support forms a major part of a product decision, one of our aims at DMC Software Solutions is to ensure that we maximise customer satisfaction across our SalesLogix customer base and give the best technical support for saleslogix crm. To ensure that you receive the highest value from your SalesLogix solution, each member of our Technical Support Team has completed rigorous Sage accreditation training.

To ensure that SalesLogix fulfils all your business needs we have developed a comprehensive range of enhanced services: Call Centre Support, Business and Expert Services

Quality Support

We operate a Quality Management System, within which we make every effort to supply faultless software. In the event of requiring assistance from our Technical Support Team, a member of staff will be  responsible for supplying you with the appropriate solution.

You may find that the problem is intermittent and immediate diagnosis is not possible or non-defect-related issues adversely affect the software, in these instances appropriate advice, assistance or workarounds will be provided by our team to ensure that there is minimum disruption to your working day.
 
You will find our Support Team to be flexible in their approach and easily accessible. You can log calls quickly through a variety of methods:

Telephone

Simply call our Technical Support Team where every attempt to resolve your issue at this point will be made. If it becomes necessary for one of our analysts to research the problem further, you will be issued with a SalesLogix Ticket reference number.

Note: Please ensure that you keep this number safe, as you will be asked to quote it when you contact the technical support desk again. It will also allow us to progress your query quickly and efficiently.

E-mail

Alternatively, you may E-mail a description of your problem and include attachments to help us diagnose the problem. An automatic E-mail acknowledgement will be issued to you containing your SalesLogix Ticket reference number.

Web

If you have subscribed to this self-help service, you will benefit from being able to create Support Tickets immediately via the Internet, use the SalesLogix knowledgebase for standard problems and resolutions and access previously raised Tickets for tracking progress
