DMC User Groups - a chance for you to have real input

At DMC Software Solutions we have long been known as a  company that provides unparalleled customer service.   That's why we are announcing yet another initiative in our armoury for keeping our customers happy and helping them develop their businesses.  On Thursday 13^th September we will be launching an event aimed at bringing huge advantages to those who attend - The DMC User Groups incorporating CRM and Accounts.  They will be taking place  at the Marriott Hotel in Peterborough and there will be 4 user groups in total; one each for ACT! by Sage, Sage CRM, Sage SalesLogix CRM and Sage 200.

We can't overstate just how tremendously beneficial these User Groups are to participants.  We  understand that our customers have invested both time and money into their software, that their businesses change and that they work in  dynamic environments.  Understandably they want more from their solution and these User Groups will ensure they get it.  Everyone participating will benefit - from individuals to whole departments.

Customers will be given the opportunity to make their views known and to have an input into future software developments.  They will be able to maximise the investment they have already made in ACT!, Sage CRM, SalesLogix or Sage 200.  More importantly this is the best opportunity that users have to get their feedback directly to Sage and so influence product development.  DMC Software Solutions is one of Sage's largest business partners and sits on various Sage Business Partner Advisory Councils for all main products and strategy.
