The Sage 200 Nominal Ledger offers total flexibility and - because it can use both cost centres and departments - it allows you to create a drill down analysis of your finances to a high degree of detail.
Profit and loss or balance sheets can be displayed across single cost centres or departments, or across ranges of cost centres and departments, enabling the Sage 200 user to report the relevant information quickly and accurately.
Process Transactions Quickly and Efficiently
Sage 200 is all about saving time by speeding up repetitive tasks. With the Sage 200 Nominal Ledger you can create journal templates for recurring transactions like payroll values.
A prepayments option allows you to cater for items that have been paid in advance, for example insurance. Accruals can be configured and automated to cater for anything you pay in arrears such as electricity bills. There's also a batch posting facility that enables you to place transactions on hold.
Budgetary Control to Monitor Performance
