Microsoft CRM offers flexibility; you have the option to host your CRM solution in your own IT environment or for us to host the solution on your behalf. Whichever option you decide upon it is not permanent; you can always change your hosting option at a later date.
SaaS Solution
Many people opt for the hosted solution as it reduces the initial expenditure when employing Microsoft Dynamics as your CRM solution. If the solution is hosted for you, you do not need to worry about purchasing additional hardware and you still maintain full access to your data through a web browser.
On-Premise Solution Installation
Should you decide to host this solution on site it is important that Microsoft CRM is installed correctly to reduce the likelihood of errors later on. We strongly recommend that our Microsoft Dynamics Certified Consultants carry out the implementation as this will save you time and money in the long run.
We work closely with your technical staff to configure each work station and set up preferences according to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultancy Brief. Each station is configured in the same way and we complete full testing once the installation has been completed.
Should you have remote users, we will set up synchronisation and set up the security rights for each individual user allowing them to have access to the records within the your database that you have authorised.
Once your data has been imported into Microsoft CRM we will carry out a thorough testing from all workstations and remedy any unforeseen problems.
When the work has been completed to your satisfaction you will be asked to sign the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Installation Sign Off Sheet.
