DMC Software Solutions, provide three types of ACT! Software Training Courses spanning different levels of end user experience. All courses can be held onsite at the client's premises anywhere in the United Kingdom. All our ACT! Software Training Courses are fully interactive and the course tutors are fully qualified ACT! Certified Consultants. For maximum benefits to achieved from the ACT! Training it is recommended that the maximum number of delegates is six.
Training Courses
All ACT! Software Training Courses are available for all versions of ACT!, from ACT! 2000 through to the latest version ACT! by Sage 2010. In addition, DMC Software also offer Bespoke Training Courses tailored to suit the individual business and the processes already in place.
Basic End User ACT! Software Training
A one day course designed to give the delegates basic knowledge of the ACT! functions and the confidence to use ACT! Software on a daily basis. It is essential for all delegates to have a basic understanding of the windows environment before attending this course. ACT! Basic End User Training takes place at the end user site in their own environment and the maximum number of delegates for the day is six.

Intermediate End User ACT! Software Training
A one day course designed to give the delegates more advanced knowledge of ACT!'s functions. At the end of this course delegates should be able to use ACT! software in more advanced scenarios and utilise ACT! to positive effects. Held at the end users premises this training course has a maximum number of six delegates.

Advanced Administrator ACT! Software Training
A one day course designed for the ACT! Administrators, providing and an in depth technical confidence to maintain and setup ACT! Software in a working environment. This course will be held at the clients premises and the maximum number of delegates for the day is six. All delegates must have completed both basic and intermediate ACT! Software Training courses before attending this course.

Company ACT! Software Training
Company ACT! Software training is focussed on the individual company requirements and based on DMC Software's standard ACT! Training Agendas. The agendas can be broken down to suit an organisations business needs while recognising customised layouts and processes.
Bespoke ACT! Training Course
The bespoke ACT! Training courses are designed specifically to meet exact business requirements. This may include elements from both the standard end user and advanced ACT! training courses. In addition, other topics where more detail is required can be included. Prior to the tailored training course taking place DMC undertake a consultation meeting in order to establish the exact needs and business processes of an organisation.
