After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment. | Shipping And Handling Business Terms and Conditions of Sale The terms and conditions listed below and for business customers. We do not have consumer terms and conditions, as these are determined by specific legislation, the Sale of Goods Act 1979, the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994, and the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977. Terms of business EU residents pay the VAT (VAT at appropriate rate, currently 17.5%). Non EU/exempt pay the exclusive price. Payment accepted by credit/debit card, bank transfer/draft, postal/money order, or cash. Credit terms (14 days) to be approved accounts only (normally public sector and quoted PLC’s). Personal cheques over £1,000 and business cheques take up to 7 days to clear. Finance and leasing available subject to status. Details available on request. We do not warrant the suitability of goods for a particular purpose, and you should check specifications and suitability with manufacturers before ordering. Goods are not sold on a trial basis. Goods are offered subject to being unsold. In the event of non-availability of goods, we reserve the right to rescind the contract. All returns must be in stock condition and be authorised in writing by DMC Database Solutions Limited. No opened software will be accepted for credit. You are responsible for ensuring safe delivery of the returned item. We are not responsible for any consequential loss or expenses, howsoever caused, including incidental returns costs.
