SMS for SalesLogix CRM
Technology is advancing and the way businesses stay in touch with their customers is changing. This shift has prompted the development of an SMS Platform for SalesLogix. DMC Software, in partnership with Vocal UK, have created an integration platform between SalesLogix and iModus, the SMS Messaging Platform, that allows SalesLogix users to send text messages directly from SalesLogix CRM.
This unique service, SMS for SalesLogix, provides SalesLogix users with enhanced communication capabilities. SMS for SalesLogix CRM is unique in that it can be accessed via the SalesLogix interface and records SMS to the Notes/History tab. In addition, unlike other Text Messaging systems there are no limits on numbers of characters sent- longer messages appear as multiple pages rather than multiple messages.

Send SMS via SalesLogix CRM
DMC has created a Text Messaging Platform with iModus that allows for SMS to be sent via the SalesLogix system, either to individuals or groups of contacts based on Opportunities, Tickets and Marketing Contact Groups. The SMS for SalesLogix application stores the text message against the Notes/History tab within SalesLogix, and then uploads the message to the iModus server where it will be sent to the recipient.
