You may find that the problem is intermittent and immediate diagnosis is not possible or non-defect-related issues adversely affect the Sage 200 software, in these instances appropriate advice, technical accounting software support or workarounds will be provided by our team to ensure that there is minimum disruption to your working day.

Alternatively, you may E-mail a description of your problem and include attachments to help us diagnose the problem. An automatic E-mail acknowledgement will be issued to you containing your Sage MMS software ticket reference number, followed by contact from a member of our technical support team with a solution.
