Sage 200 CRM 2009 enhancements

Web quotes and orders- Greater flexibility is available within the Sage 200 CRM module, you can now enter orders remotely and synchronise with the Sales Order Processing module.

CRM address enhancements in financial modules- Contact fields are now the same in the Sage 200 Financials modules as they are in the CRM module. This alignment ensures consistency in data entry and reporting across the suite.

Real time data views- With the new Sage 200 CRM more real time financial information is accessible through the CRM interface remotely, reducing the need to be in the office or to have access to the back office system.

Multiple ERP databases link to one CRM database- Different users are now able to view data in a format suited to their role from multiple ERP databases. This provides the user with a centralised view of contact and trading information whilst keeping individual records for different legal entities separate.

Third party forms available through the CRM interface- Utilise development work carried out in a separate ERP database within the CRM user interface to provide a more streamlined, integrated solution.
