- Data Segmentation and Groups- Group contacts based on common characteristics.

Enhanced Relationship Manager
Use your Sage CRM more productively with the relationship manager. You can now link primary entities together and describe the relationship, for example, you can record parent/child and sibling company relationships.
NEW Email Editor Toolbar
The NEW Email Editor Toolbar allows you to edit your emails from within Sage CRM, for example, the toolbar incorporates a multilingual spell checker.
Address Linking
Sage CRM now makes it easy to link an address to both a company and a contact saving you time spent re-keying data.
Enhanced Outlook Integration
The integration between Sage CRM and Microsoft Outlook has been re-written to provide a seamless user experience improving user efficiency.
