The following sections provide general recommendations for Sage CRM v7.2 installations. These are general recommendations only and we require that you liaise with our technical team before purchase.

Server Machine

Processor:

• Xeon 3.2GHZ

Memory:

• 8GB RAM minimum 
• 16GB RAM (Small Business Server)

Hard Drive: (30% free space recommended)

• Type SAS drive 
• 30GB Free Hard Disk Space 
• Usage: OS hard drive 100GB with 20GB free space, anything below would need to be assessed

Hardware:

• DVD drive and SVGA (1024 x 768) or higher resolution monitor. 
• 1 GB NIC

Software:

• Microsoft Internet Explorer 9.0 (32 & 64bit 7.2) , 10.0 (32 & 64bit 7.2 compatibility mode only) 
• Firefox, Chrome, Safari last versions (32bit only 7.2) 
• Microsoft Office 2007 SP2/ Office 2010 SP1/ Office 365** (32 bit only) 
• Microsoft IIS will only run in 32bit mode. 
• Cannot run on the same machine as sites that cannot run in 32bit mode.

Please Note:

If you wish to use Microsoft Office you will need Microsoft Office 2007 SP2/ Office2010 SP1/ Office 365** (32 bit only)*

If you wish to open Adobe PDF documents you will require Adobe Acrobat Reader v6 or above
