Do you need some basic knowledge of book keeping before you start with Sage Line 50 Accounts? - You need to attend a DMC Basic Sage Book keeping Course.
This course will introduce you to the principles of basic Sage book keeping without delving too deeply into the intricacies of advanced accounting. This course is ideal for those who have little or no knowledge of double-entry book keeping principles.
Sage Line 50 is ideal for companies starting a business or computerising their accounts as it replicates many of the traditional paper-based book keeping principles on screen making it extremely user friendly. However, if you lack basic book keeping knowledge then it is an advantage to attend the DMC Basic Sage Book keeping Course to provide you with the required foundation to start using Sage Line 50. Centred on Sage Line 50, this course will introduce such terms as debit, credit, nominal ledger and trial balance, without using confusing accounting jargon. Book keeping in "plain English", the DMC way!
After completing the course you will feel comfortable with the sales and purchase ledgers, nominal and bank accounts, VAT procedure, control accounts and learning how these all integrate with each other and how one affects the other.
