Sage Line 50 can retain an enormous amount of data about your customers, suppliers, products and accounts. The software comes with 100's of pre-defined reports which will provide most of the information you require. However, there will always be times when you need a report which is laid out differently, gives different information or provides data which is totally unique to your business.
The Report Designer in Sage is immensely powerful and can be used to provide these bespoke reports, but some users shy away from using it as they find it too daunting to learn and cannot get the report laid out the way they need it. This DMC Course is specifically designed to teach you the Report Designer so you can modify the standard Sage reports, or even design your own completely from scratch.
Once you are acquainted with the Sage Report Designer, you can design more than just reports! The same Designer is used to design invoice layouts, credit note layouts, statements, despatch notes, delivery notes, letters and labels. We can show you how to produce bespoke layouts which incorporate your company logo and eliminate the need to buy pre-printed stationery as your Sage software will print your logos, company details, lines and boxes as the reports are printed out - using plain paper! You could save the cost of this course in reduced stationery costs within just a few weeks.

This one day course will provide users of Sage Line 50 and Sage MMS the knowledge needed to use the Report Designer. You will see how to modify existing reports while keeping the originals, design reports from scratch, insert fields which can calculate sub totals and report totals, insert logos, lines and boxes, change fonts and formatting and learn how to align everything making your documents look professional. Letters and Labels - See how easy it is to write letters which are personalised to each customer. This is far easier than using Mail Merge in Word. Produce labels for your statement runs or Christmas Card lists with ease without needing to re-key addresses.
