The DMC ACT! software Technical Support team provides users of ACT! with help and assistance for all versions of ACT! Software, from ACT! 6 through to the latest version. The ACT! technical support provided by DMC Software falls into two main categories, internal phone support and external onsite support.

ACT! Phone and "Go To Assist" Web Support

DMC Software offers ACT! technical support to all ACT! users and DMC technical support customers can access this assistance by either telephone, email or "Go to Assist" technology.

The ACT! technical support telephone line is manned by a team of ACT! Certified Consultants who are ready to assist with any technical queries relating to ACT! Software. Users that are not technically literate, don't need to worry the skilled team of DMC ACT! support consultants will be able to assist using the latest online technology. This means that the DMC ACT! consultants can take control of the ACT! system, with permission, using "Go to Assist". In fact, DMC Software can fix 95% of ACT! technical problems without the involvement of the end user, providing support clients with total peace of mind and a great return on investment.

The ACT! Technical Support working hours are 9am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays, however out of hours support can be arranged at an extra cost.

ACT! Onsite Support

For onsite technical support DMC's team of ACT! Certified Consultants will visit the client offices to assist with system design, configuration and to customise ACT! to meet individual business needs.

The DMC ACT! Software engineers are fully qualified in LAN network configuration, server configuration and installation of all versions of Sage ACT! (back to ACT! 6). In addition, the DMC consultants can assist in the set up of synchronisation via email, VPN or shared folder to allow remote users to access the database with the correct permissions.

Due to DMC's extensive knowledge of SQL, they can migrate data from most sources including other contact management packages, Microsoft Excel or data that acquired from a mailing house, straight into Sage ACT! .

For users experiencing problems with ACT! that do not have a valid DMC ACT! Support Contract the DMC ACT! Certified Consultants can investigate and rectify any problems or issues experienced on an adhoc basis.

ACT! Support Contracts

DMC Software support contract users can benefit from total peace of mind when using ACT! Software. Additional financial benefits are also included such as 20% of ACT! Software upgrades, 10% of ACT! Training Courses, 10% of site visits, free technical bulletins and notification of and dispatch of build versions for ACT! Software.
