The Sage 200 Price Book gives you flexibility plus a wide range of time-saving features, allowing you to easily manage prices and discounts across your customer base.

Sage 200 supports two types of pricing schemes - discount-based and price-band based. You can create 'communities' of customers to attach to either, or combinations of the two.

Unlimited Prices per Item- With the Sage 200 Price Book you can apply unlimited price bands to each stock item, used and named as you wish e.g. trade price, retail price, web price etc. You can also specify the currency for each price band for greater flexibility.

Unlimited Quantity Breaks for Discounts- Sage 200 lets you set up discounts based on as many quantity breaks as you require.

Customer Price and Discount Groups- As outlined above, Sage 200 also lets you create customer price groups or 'communities' to attach to individual price schemes.

Import and Export Prices- You can import and export price lists in .csv or .xml formats, making it easy to create and manipulate special promotional price lists then restore the original pricing when required.

Complex Pricing Made Simple- As you grow, your pricing structure becomes more complex. Sage 200 Price Book is powerful enough to support even the most complex pricing models. Managing these price models is also straightforward thanks to a summary screen that shows you which price bands and discounts apply to each customer.

Price Book Validation during Sales Order Entry- Sage 200 allows authorised users to instantly view the margin on an individual product sale at the point of entering sales orders. It also lets you see how the price for each item has been arrived at enabling you to answer customer queries quickly and satisfactorily.
