Cash Flow Forecast
With our Cash Flow Forecast tool you will be able to view actual and potential cash flow providing you with ability to plan for any contingencies.
The spreadsheet is driven by a front criteria page allowing users to choose time constraints to calculate the cash flow for customers and suppliers and combines this with scheduled direct debits and standing orders from the cash book. It also allows them to apply percentage factors to last year’s actual transactions in a “What If?” scenario.
This Forecasting screen shows on a month by month basis for the last 12 months.
NEW: Pareto Analysis
Our Pareto Analysis tool will enable you to identify which stock items generate the most sales and which items are most profitable. WIth this knowledge you will be able to make a decision on which product or product range is best for you to place emphasis on moving forwards.
The worksheet allows you to select the product, location and time period to be reported on (image a). The results are then displayed and can be sorted using standard excel functionality (image b and c).

The Pareto Analysis workbook will only ever be available in Excel 2007 as functions are unavailable in earlier versions of the software.
