Sage Software User Groups Provide Priceless Insight

DMC Software Solutions hosted its inaugural User Groups on the 13^th September in the Marriot Hotel in Peterborough. Attended by well over 50 delegates from right across DMC's client base the day was a great success. Opened by Mike Ramsay, Managing Director, DMC Software Solutions, delegates learnt about DMC's up and coming customer service drive and how they would have a direct input into the services that the company offers.

During the User Groups, hosted by Sage Product Managers, DMC delegates had an unprecedented opportunity to have a say on the future developments of the software that they use on an everyday basis. This opportunity was duly taken and the attendees had no problems voicing their opinions and making suggestions on Sage product road maps.

Members of the Sage Team were pleased with the feedback that they gained and were eager to report back their development centres in Newcastle.

The DMC User Group also offered current clients the opportunity to make suggestions about DMC Software Solutions in general. Once again the delegates were honest in providing DMC with top-quality feedback. The DMC User Group sessions provided DMC's management with priceless feedback on the service that DMC currently offers.

Following a morning of heated debate and discussion every one was treated with a buffet lunch during which a raffle took place and one lucky winner walked away with a Nintendo Wii. However no one left the event empty handed and everyone got a free add-on application for the product that they currently use and a free DMC polo shirt. According to some, the free application alone made the day worth attending!

Mike Ramsay, Managing Director, DMC Software said that "This event has provided both DMC Software Solutions and Sage with some really good feedback that could not have been gained in any other way. We have gained a valuable insight into what our customers really think, and we are keen to act on their suggestions. We hope to host this event on a regular basis."
