Another Great Success For DMC Software

A Customer Day was held at Wadenhoe House, Northamptonshire on the 15^th June 2006, by DMC Software Solutions.

One hundred and fifteen customers attended the event from all over the country, which included  presentations by Mike Ramsay, Group Managing Director of DMC Software and Paul Stobart, CEO Sage UK and Ireland, on the Future Of CRM and Sage.

Mike Ramsay gave a passionate insight into the history of DMC and how he believed that well trained, motivated and managed staff make all the difference. He also  stressed the need for customer care and service throughout his presentation.

Paul Stobart gave an interesting insight into Sage and continued on the theme of customer care and service throughout his presentation which, had the audience captivated.

A further presentation was made by David Beard on "Maximising your investment in CRM" which was of great interest to all DMC Software customers.

After a short break for coffee, delegates were able to attend three sessions of their choice including; Mobile CRM, Sage Business Intelligence, sage Communicator as well as updates on ACT!, Sage CRM MME and SalesLogix product range.

A BBQ lunch was served after the break out sessions, on the lawns of Wadenhoe House in the beautiful Northamptonshire countryside. After which there was a draw for three iPod's and each visitor received a free remote control Mercedes worth 69.99.

Mike Ramsay said "I am very pleased with the turnout today and judging from the feedback we have received, we will definitely be doing this kind of event again. I think this has put DMC Software on the map and reassured our customers that we are as good as we say we are". He goes on to say "This event has also demonstrated our commitment to our customers with regards to a high standard of customer care and service and the unique partnership we have with Sage UK."
