DMC Software Solutions strives to improve customer satistaction through open day.

DMC Software Solutions, the leading Sage CRM Business Partner, announced today that they are hosting a customer open day at Wadenhoe House, Northamptonshire on Thursday the 15^th of June. This event is open to all existing customers by special invitation only.

Paul Stobart, Managing Director of Sage UK and Ireland will be the guest speaker at the open day and will be speaking on the future of CRM and Sage.

Afterwards there will be break out sessions on all four major Sage product lines that DMC specialise in, including SalesLogix, Sage CRM MME, ACT! and Sage MMS accounting. All customers will get a full insight in to the new versions of the core products due tobe released throughout 2006. Other sessions will be on Sage Business Intelligence and Sage Communicator which enhance Sage CRM Products.

DMC Software Solutions are taking this opportunity of launching their own customer user group designed to help customers maximise their investment made in ACT!, Sage MME and SalesLogix. The user group will also serve as a way of getting regular feed back from customers about the products and customer service. This will help both DMC and Sage (UK) to impove customer satifaction.

Mike Ramsay, Managing Director, DMC Group says " 2006 is the year of customer service for DMC Software Solutions. This event is a demonstration of our commitment to our customers and that we take customer service and customer satisfaction very seriously. This year we have invested literally tens of thousands of pounds into customer services, including more support staff, training and  management". He goes on to say " Taking a business from zero to a three million pound profitable turnover in five years has not been easy.  Keeping our customers happy and giving the best customer service at the same time has been even harder. However, our turnover is 87% up on this time last year so I believe we must be doing something right!"
