Sage 200 Technical Consultant / Project Manager
An experienced Sage 200 Technical Consultant & Project Manager is required to join a Peterborough-based company. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and maintain a pleasant and professional manner at all times.
Good time-keeping, an eye for detail, accuracy, commitment and the desire to produce work of an exceptional standard are essential.
The role is to discuss, design, document, test, plan and manage implementations of off-the-shelf, customised and fully bespoke Sage 200 and integrated solutions. The successful candidate must be confident, well presented, personable and extremely well organised.
Criteria:
- Sage 200 Financials/Commercials Accreditation (v2010 or above)
- Sage 200 Project Accounting & BI Accreditation (v2010 or above)
- Presentation skills (inc. Training)
- Business Analysis / Requirements Gathering • Teamwork & Delegation
- Report design
- System Testing and Quality Control
- Detailed Documentation
Training will be provided on our proprietary systems (End User and Administration) and processes, however it is expected that the successful candidate will be a fast learner and will be able to progress at a good pace using their own initiative.
The successful candidate will have a full clean driving license, and be willing to work throughout the UK.

Sage 200 Technical Support Analyst (Office Based)
An experienced Sage 200 Technical Support Analyst is required to join a Peterborough-based company. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and maintain a pleasant and professional manner at all times.

The role is to investigate, diagnose and resolve technical issues and enquiries raised by customers pertaining to Sage 200 implementations. The successful candidate must be confident, personable and extremely well organised.
Criteria:
- Sage 200 (v2009 or above) Accreditation, Certified on Financials and Commercials desireable (not compulsory)
- Previous accountancy experience required
- Previous experience in a support helpdesk environment desireable (not compulsory)
- Strong business processes understanding
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent attitude and approach
- Strong capacity to pick up new processes and new software
- Happy to work in a team environment and collaborate with team members

Marketing Support Associate
We are looking for two full time, experienced marketing support associates/ telemarketers to work in our busy sales and marketing department. Duties include, following up marketing campaigns and seminar invites and generating appointments for our field sales team.
All applicants must be from a B2B marketing background and experience in the software industry or of technical products is desirable. Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner are integral to this role. This position is ideally suited to team players and those looking for a challenge.
