DMC Software Solutions, provide three types of ACT! Software Training courses at three different course levels. All courses can be held at our dedicated ACT! Software training centre or can be held on the client's premises any where in the United Kingdom.

Our dedicated ACT! Software training centre has the latest start of the art technology incorporating interactive touch screens, the latest Dell computers and 17" monitors. You will receive full course notes, a buffet lunch and a certificate of achievement on completion of each training course. All our ACT! Software training courses are fully interactive and our three course tutors are fully qualified ACT! Certified Consultants. Training Courses

All ACT! Software training courses are available for ACT! 2000, ACT! 6 or ACT! Professional and ACT! 2007 Software in three different course formats.

Basic End User ACT! Software Training

A one day course designed to give the trainee basic knowledge and confidence to use ACT! Software. All delegates must have a basic understanding of the windows environment. This course can be held either at your premises or our purpose built training centre in the midlands. The maximum number of delegates for the day is six. Find out what is covered on this syllabus 

Intermediate End User ACT! Software Training

A one day course designed to give the trainee more advanced knowledge and confidence to use ACT! Software in a more advanced scenario. This course can be held either at your premises or our purpose built training centre in the midlands. The maximum number of delegates for the day is six. Find out what is covered on this syllabus.

Advanced Administrator ACT! Software Training

A one day course designed to give the ACT! administrator an in depth technicalconfidence to maintain and setup ACT! Software in a working environment. This course can be held either at your premises or our purpose built training centre in the midlands. The maximum number of delegates for the day is six. Training Formats

Public and Individual ACT! Software Training.

Held on the first and last Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of each month, these training days are designed specifically for the individuals rather than the corporate user. Other individual users will join you on these ACT! training courses at our training centre.

Company ACT! Software Training

Focussed on your company requirements and taught using our syllabus but with your own customised layouts and processes (if applicable), these courses can either be held at your offices or at our ACT! training centre.

Bespoke ACT! Training Course

Our tailored courses are designed specifically to meet your requirements. This may include elements from both our standard and advanced ACT! training courses. We can also expand on topics where you may require more detail. Prior to the tailored training course taking place we will have a consultation meeting with you in order to understand your exact requirements.
