Our ACT! software Technical support and help for ACT 6 , ACT! Professional software , ACT! 2007 and Sage 50 ACT! 2008 falls in to two main categories, internal phone support and external site support for ACT! software.
Internal Phone and " Go To Assist" Web Support
DMC provides a technical support line that is open to all our ACT! Software clients who have a support contract with us. This telephone line is manned by our team of ACT! Certified Consultants who are ready to assist with any technical queries relating to ACT! Software version 6 and ACT! Professional software. If you are not particularly technically literate, don't worry. Our skilled team of ACT! support consultants will be able to assist you using the latest online technology. So what does this mean to you? Our consultants will take control of your ACT! system, with your permission, using "Go to Assist". We can fix 95% of your problems without your personal involvement giving you total peace of mind and a great return on investment!
Our normal working hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays. Out of hours support can be arranged at an extra cost.
External On Site Support
Our external team of ACT! Certified Consultants will visit your offices to assist you with system design, configuration and to customise your system to your particular needs.
Our ACT! Software engineers are fully qualified in LAN network configuration, server configuration and installing ACT! 6 , ACT! Professional Software , ACT! 2007 family or Sage 50 ACT! 2008 onto your hardware. We can set up synchronisation via email, VPN or shared folder to allow your remote users to access your database with the correct permissions.
Due to our extensive knowledge of SQL, we can migrate data from most sources including other contact management packages or direct from sources such as Microsoft Excel or data that you have acquired from a mailing house straight into ACT! 6 or ACT Professional Software, ACT! 2007 or Sage ACT! 2008
Should you already be using ACT! 6 or any other version ofACT! software and experiencing problems our ACT! Certified Consultants can investigate and rectify any problems that you may be experiencing.
Support Contracts
If you have a valid DMC Software support contract you will enjoy total piece of mind when using either ACT! 6 or ACT! Professional Software. You will also enjoy other benefits including 20% of ACT! Software upgrades, 10% of ACT! Training Courses, 10% of site Visits, free technical bulletins and notification of and dispatch of build versions for your ACT! Software. Our charges for ACT! support are competitive and can be paid for on direct debit on a monthly basis.
