This is a one-day course designed for the ACT! user who will be carrying out the maintenance and management of the company's ACT! databases. By the end of the course the delegates can expect to have a thorough understanding of ACT! and its structure in a networked environment including synchronisation with remote users. Delegates are expected to have either completed both the Basic and Intermediate courses or be seasoned ACT! users. A basic knowledge of working in a windows environment and use of Excel are recommended.
