SCOTTSDALE, AZ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 09/07/2005 -- Sage Software (formerly Best Software) announced today that its SageCRM.com hosted customer relationship management (CRM) service for small and mid-sized businesses has won "Editor's Choice" from CMP Media LLC's Network Computing magazine, beating entries from Salesforce.com, Microsoft (via TriVenture CRM OnTarget), RightNow Technologies, NetSuite, and Entellium Corporation. Siebel Systems, Inc. declined to participate in the review, entitled "Hosted CRM Software -- Satisfaction Guaranteed," which is published in the September 1st issue of CMP Media LLC's Network Computing.

Commenting on SageCRM.com, reviewer Pete Payne of CMP Media LLC's Network Computing states, "Of the six we examined, our Editor's Choice [SageCRM.com] impressed us with its well-designed interface." Payne adds, "SageCRM is a full-service hosted CRM offering at a competitive price." Payne and his editorial colleagues commented that sales staffers will appreciate how easily they can navigate through SageCRM.com, while sales managers will like its graphic workflow designer.
