DMC Software Solutions stole the show at last night’s annual Sage Awards ceremony, taking the SalesLogix Business partner of the Year Award and gaining entry to the Sage Circle of Excellence for the third year running. This year DMC Software were also crowned Overall Sage Circle of Excellence Winners, the highest accolade awarded by Sage (UK).

Mike Ramsay managing director of DMC Software, still reeling in the success of last night’s awards said, “I am enthralled by DMC’s success at this year’s Sage Awards, this year has been an incredibly tough year for everyone, including us! The Sage Circle of Excellence Awards are judged using the Net Prime Promoter (NPP) score, where customers are asked on a scale of 1 to 10 whether they would recommend DMC Software to a friend or colleague? Scores from 1 – 6 are classified as negative, 7 & 8 neutral and 9 & 10 positive feedback. The high score received by DMC Software clearly demonstrates the satisfaction of their client base with the levels of service received.
