DMC Software Customer Open Day 14th June 2007
Following on from last year's hugely successful customer open day DMC Software are pleased to announce that they will be holding a similar event on Thursday the 14th June at Wadenhoe House, Wadenhoe, Northamptonshire.
The theme this year is "Businesses At War With Themselves".
Last year over 160 DMC Software customers attended the customer day where they heard presentations from Paul Stobart CEO Sage UK and Ireland and from DMC Managing Director, Mike Ramsay. This year's event, by special invitation only, will see the format repeated with presentations from David Pinches, Head of Product Management, Sage (UK) Ltd and Mike Ramsay.
The event will focus on Sage's two new business suites, Sage 50 Suite and Sage 200 Suite, launching in the early and late summer this year. The philosophy behind the Sage Suite is to provide customers with the means to implement flexible, integrated business processes that work the way that they want them to, rather than forcing them to do things the way the software thinks they should be done.
With software to control finance, distribution, CRM, retail, manufacturing, construction, services and internal processes such as asset management, Sage Forecasting and Sage HR, Sage 200 will be unique among software offerings for the mid-market.
The emphasis throughout the Sage Suites will be integrated business process management, combining Sage 200 Financials and Commercials, the Sage CRM product set and MS Office.
After the keynote presentations delegates will break out into the six major product groups including Sage 50 suite, Sage200 where they will be given a full insight into how the launch of the suites and how they will benefit their businesses. DMC Software are taking this opportunity to launch their new TotalCare services designed to look after computer networks and hardware giving their customers "a one port of call".
As last year, everyone will be treated to a breakfast roll and a barbeque lunch in the beautiful grounds of the exclusive country house. The free gift this year will be a DMC branded remote control tank worth £79.99. All delegates will be entered into a prize draw to win one of three Nintendo Wii Consoles.
Mike Ramsay, Managing Director of the DMC says "We launched this event last year to prove that we are committed to our customers and that we are dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. We are continuing to heavily invest in our service department with even more support personnel and staff training. I firmly believe that this is the best strategy to make a business grow and move forward and we are seeing ever increasing returns on our efforts. Furthermore with our CRM and accountancy experience, we are ideally placed to deliver both Sage 50 and Sage 200 Suites, without a great deal of further accreditation or a complete culture change. I look forward to meeting our customers face to face in June to discuss the Sage Suites as well as gaining feedback on how else we can improve our overall services."
