ACT! by Sage 2009 has been launched and it brings with it an array of new features and enhancements to compliment its already comprehensive functionality.
ACT! 2009 has been built upon feedback from its existing users, ensuring that the new version will improve the customer experience. The major new feature within ACT! by Sage 2009 is the enhanced Outlook integration. The improved integration improves an individual’s efficiency by enabling the attachment of single or multiple emails direct to a contact within ACT! and creation of contacts and tasks in ACT! via Outlook.
